Pros
- Work life balance is good if you are not deployed at a client site full time - Hire smart employees - Promote telework if you are not deployed at a client site - Training whether it is internal or external is good.
Cons
- They hire employees and put them on projects that have nothing to do with their background/experience. - Annual assessment is time consuming and detailed but doesn't seem to be utilized properly. when employees are spending valuable time to write their assessment, at least fairly assess it.
