      Smart, nice people. Trust and autonomy rather than micromanagement. Hybrid working setup.

      Passionate coworkers, great for building your portfolio, a lot of fun events at Blizzard HQ.

      Cons

      Layoffs every six months or so. Everybody is always waiting for the ball to drop. I’ve seen people get let go right after being hired, and others get let go after decades.
