Diversity Programs & Initiatives

A Culture of Inclusion and Belonging

Diversity fuels innovation, so we’re creating an environment where differences are embraced, valued, celebrated and always welcomed. Our best work comes from a culture in which our employees bring their authentic and best selves – we work hard to create an environment that encourages and celebrates this belief. And we’re proud that we have been recognized for our efforts, including being named one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality” by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s .css-1h8fl5g{width:100%;height:60px;position:absolute;bottom:0px;background:linear-gradient(to bottom,rgba(255,255,255,0) 0%,rgba(255,255,255,1) 90%);}

    I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Activision Blizzard (Los Angeles, CA)

    Interview

    Received a call from the recruiter to set up an interview with the team. I had an interview with the manager after meeting with the team, and then interviewed with the network director afterwards.

    All of my interviews starting from the brief convo I had with the recruiter, to my last interview with the director was extremely positive. Everyone has been nothing but very helpful even before I got an offer.
