-high turnover in some parts of the organization resulting in understaffed teams feeling burnt out -Sometimes there is a lack of transparency or communication in business decisions/org changes but the newly formed Internal Communications team is working hard to improve this

Pros

Passionate coworkers, great for building your portfolio, a lot of fun events at Blizzard HQ.

Cons

Layoffs every six months or so. Everybody is always waiting for the ball to drop. I’ve seen people get let go right after being hired, and others get let go after decades.
