Interesting projects, flexibility- working from home 1-2 times per week (regardless covid), company car & fuel, working hours as agreed, good management, nice company events, international culture, state of the art equipment, ability to participate in several trainings and develop new skills
Cons
As an expat - more chances to develop for someone who talks Dutch (Flemish), sometimes employees feel “lost” as part of a massive project without proper guidance

You get to take responsibility of your work. Fast paced environment. Colleagues are helpful.
Cons
HR is unhelpful and will threaten you. Salary will be late, and parts of your salary may be removed and paid at a later date to accomodate DEME's needs. Very long hours which will not be compensated.
