Long hours work pressure work from home no timing nothing more

Non standard tasks. Information from other project is hard to obtain. To much comuting. The rules are dependent on the project manager kindness. Long term rentals for people under non belgium contracts are not available. Work life balance terrible.

-Horrible work life balance. HR informed there is no overtime payment. - Toxic work culture with little team spirit. - Due to people quitting left and right, you are lucky to fond someone with more then 5yrs experience. - Low salaries. Starts at 3000 for a graduate and then 100eur increase ea h year. So a fter 10yrs 4000 per month Brutto. - HR is incompetent. Ignores emails and forces you to work in unsuitable projects.
