      Flexible scheduling but poor pay and broken promises

      Will work with you on schedule

      Cons

      Pay is bad. Really bad. There are no raises. Lots of promises made at interview. Not one fulfilled. Floor PM will get mad if you ask about those promises later. Have to be related to the shop foreman to get promoted.

      Cool offices, nice people, cool client projects

      Cons

      Mismanagement of departments disorganized. Lack of communication and leaders pick favorites. If you are not on that favorite list, they will make your life hell. They rarely promote unless you give them 10+ years of your life.
