      Nothing much other than things can get really busy quick so you have to be prepared to take those hits while acclimating to the company and how they do things,

      Will work with you on schedule

      Cons

      Pay is bad. Really bad. There are no raises. Lots of promises made at interview. Not one fulfilled. Floor PM will get mad if you ask about those promises later. Have to be related to the shop foreman to get promoted.
