Simple! Individual and then group interview with the whole account team. Questions were basic & reviewed experience and application in new role. Did have a bit of a culture check feel to it, which I later learned was part of the deciding process. Not necessarily bad, but subjective.
First round interview was with a director level employee, followed by an interview with the executive I would be supporting. They were both very down to earth and transparent about the role.

Czarnowski flew me in from out of town to meet with upper management as well as the team I would be working with. They provided an accurate description of what the job would be.
