The product is highly differentiated and powerful in the EPM/connected planning space Competitive compensation structure with strong earning potential Talented sales professionals and smart colleagues Exposure to enterprise-level clients and complex deals

Cons

Poor Marketing in APAC Marketing strategy lacks clear direction and data-driven decision-making. Insufficient localization for international markets. Limited understanding of local customer behavior and cultural differences. Global campaigns are often rolled out without proper regional adaptation. Advice to Management: The company needs to invest more in localized marketing expertise and empower regional teams to adapt campaigns appropriately. A stronger data-driven marketing strategy and deeper understanding of local markets would significantly improve performance and brand perception.

Pros

Product is the most reliable and nimble enterprise planning and modeling solution in the market. Solid partner ecosystem for the size company, which helps with GTM and credibility with risk averse buyers. Experienced client success managers and nimble boutique partner ecosystem aids in keeping clients very happy.

Cons

Many layers have been created in the last 6 ish months. Experienced some disrepect from mid-level managers, but believe that the solid leaders will coach them. Large partner strategy needs re-haul. Client success has had lots of turnover due to new management and caused client disruption.

Pay, but not worth it

Cons

Senior (execs) Management doesn’t genuinely care for employees and is only concerned for covering themselves from failures which occur often due to lack of understanding fundamental human nature (lack of building trust). Goals are ambiguous or change and you’re expected to hit them or pay a price of minimal raises, or worse. Senior level management hires industry friends from customer success industries that have no SaaS experience, and only pay attention/concern for departments they understand. If you’re going to be an exec in customer success at a SaaS company, learning the biz ought to be on your list, rather than ignoring teams who do amazing work.

Pros

The product is great - truly a market mover, but they will need to evolve it faster and listen to customer feedback to keep it that way

Cons

Execs (VP+) are so worried about managing up that there is very little management down. The teams doing this work across almost the entire organization are in constant churn - switching gears constantly to chase the new shiny object their boss's boss has directed them towards. The leadership from the top is inauthentic and HR is a joke.

PE messed up Anaplan

They pay on time. Free coffee.

Cons

Where do I even start? Absolutely incompetent and arrogant CTO couldn't get his team to produce anything consequential in 6 months but is happy to throw other teams under the bus. CCO just lost a huge customer. CHRO initiated layoffs and performance management which decimated trust and collaboration. The only good exec was the CRO who recently left.

The Israeli office offered a generous vacation policy and a comprehensive wellness package.

There were very significant layoffs that came as a complete surprise, without consultation with direct management in Israel.
