Pros

- Strong Team Collaboration: There is a strong emphasis on achieving goals together, and colleagues are genuinely willing to step up and help one another. - Excellent Benefits: The company offers competitive compensation and a strong package of health and PTO benefits that are a definite highlight.

Cons

- Excessive and Pervasive Political Discourse: The work environment is heavily colored by political discussions that cross professional boundaries. These conversations are not generally neutral but heavily lean toward one political perspective, specifically involving constant and open criticism of the current presidential administration. This culture is pervasive, occurring frequently in formal settings like team meetings, and internal communication channels (Slack, email), and it comes from all levels—from top executives down to individual AEs. - Inconsistent Inclusion (DEI): While the company heavily promotes its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, the highly political, one-sided environment actively works against the principle of inclusion. Employees with differing political viewpoints feel a significant lack of psychological safety and belonging, contradicting the company's stated values. - Lack of Professionalism/Focus: The sheer volume of non-work-related commentary detracts from professional focus and makes it difficult to maintain a purely business-oriented environment.

Pros

Flexible work schedule (allowed to work from home 3x a week and allowed to pick which 2 days you would go into the office). Great salaries and bonus plans, even the administrative staff gets bonuses. Unlimited PTO. Just overall great employee benefits, the best that I've had as an EA working for any other company. The team I had worked amazing together.

Cons

Unfortunately, they will lay people off with no notice and continue as if you never existed. Your job here truly depends on who your boss is / who you work for. Some of the people in leadership are absolutely amazing and nice people, luckily for me, the gentlemen I worked for were all so nice and made me love my job. However, there are some leaders who caused people to absolutely hate their job.

Pros

Terrible leadership, they will behave like school, would make you play silly games, and have little understanding of the SDR world.

Cons

Benefits are pretty good and the office is really nice.

Pros

regional culture works well. product used to be good and ahead ... (but kinda behind on AI adoption and use)

Cons

one would think the culture is based on meritocracy but lots of parachuting and nepotism... lots of new faces brought in that are benefiting from actions of those that left or made redundant

Pros

Anaplan is a fast-paced, revenue- and numbers-driven organization that offers strong compensation and benefits, along with exposure to complex enterprise environments. While the company aspires to project a positive, high-performance culture, the lived experience can be mixed—shaped heavily by leadership, process clarity, and constant change. A typical day involves managing multiple priorities, navigating shifting processes, and balancing customer needs with internal metrics and targets. The pace is demanding, and expectations are high, requiring consistent adaptability and focus. Competitive compensation that exceeds industry norms for the location Strong benefits package Exposure to complex, global, enterprise-level customers Fast-paced environment that builds resilience, accountability, and adaptability Clear performance metrics and expectations Opportunity to work with highly talented and inspiring professionals Post-resignation career coaching support was genuinely valuable Professionally stretching role with strong learning under pressure

Cons

Very intense, results- and numbers-driven culture Leadership often prioritizes revenue and metrics over employee well-being Inconsistent guidance and people management across leadership levels Frequent organizational and process changes create confusion and inefficiency Limited transparency at times around decisions and direction High expectations with limited emphasis on sustainability and empathy Execution can be challenging due to shifting priorities and unclear processes
