Cohesive teams Strong core product (Automated Crew Callout)

Cons

Customer focus slipped dramatically from prior years after introduction of private equity Product development was constantly chasing new products that were not well thought out, and not developed or delivered efficiently. This came at the expense of a core platform that worked well, yet the company was focused on moving away from what worked. Multiple significant layoffs in the last 3 years. Job security is very low.

Good people in engineering. Fair work balance.

Cons

Private equity is sucking the life out of the products and best team members. Slave to its biggest customer. Have to work on weekends/at night if customer is having issues.
