      Pros

      ARCOS is a fantastic place to work. ARCOS has a good culture, solid financials, happy customers, our technology solutions are significant and meaningful, nice working environment, exceptional leadership team, friendly and helpful co-workers

      Cons

      I'd have to dig really deep to find any "cons". While no employer is perfect, there is nothing I would call out specifically to caution any prospective customer or employee about.

      A Company with a Purpose, Growth, and Supportive Leadership

      Great team, the organization is driven by a powerful mission and is also dedicated to employee growth and development. Interesting and challenging software development projects. The executive team practices open communication and transparency.

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow, there's an opportunity to mature our processes further.

      ARCOS is a hidden gem

      Pros

      Let's just start with the people who work at ARCOS - they are positive, dedicated, team-oriented, and customer-focused. From the CEO down, management appreciates the value each individual brings to the team. We deliver products and services which are valued by our customers and we hear all the time about the success that our customers have who use ARCOS because what we do makes their companies better.

      Cons

      We are growing so fast that the office is crammed.

We realize office space is tight but hope you enjoy the renovations just made in the Columbus, Ohio office. We are always open to ideas when it comes to office space, in all our offices!

      No Autonomy (from my leader) - Stagnated!

      Pros

      Remote-first company; plenty of time-off between holidays and PTO.

      Cons

      Depending on your team, there's little to no autonomy. My direct leader is a micromanager to the nth degree and literally stresses me out. Definitely shows favoritism between my colleagues and me, but will talk negatively about them to me (which means that they do the same when it comes to talking negatively about me to them - and it's obvious). I feel like most of my work is busy work and I do not feel that I'm able to advance at this organization, although I have requested to be involved in more. I'm stagnant and know that it's time to move on.
