About Us

We are developing education-focused projects, focusing on user scenario optimization for students and teachers, product experience enhancement, and data-driven functional design. This internship is ideal for students who wish to gain hands-on exposure to UX/UI design, product logic, educational scenario research, as well as basic data processing and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end UX/UI design for educational products, including user flows, wireframes, prototyping and iterative interface optimization.
• Conduct user research and consolidate insights from interviews, surveys, usability tests and desk research.
• Gather market, competitor and user requirement data, and produce structured research documents and summaries.
• Assist in product requirement sorting, including drafting feature logic, flowcharts, information architecture and basic PRDs.
• Perform basic data cleaning, analysis and visualization via Excel, Google Sheets, Python or SQL to support product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up on product implementation, testing and feedback iteration.

Requirements

• Current full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student studying in Hong Kong. Eligibility for Hong Kong youth or tech internship schemes (HKID required) is a plus.
• Keen interest in EdTech, AI in education and student learning scenarios, with curiosity about real user needs.
• Basic UX/UI skills and hands-on experience with mainstream design tools (Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch or equivalent).
• Strong organizational skills to structure raw information into clear documents, sheets and research outputs.
• Basic data or coding skills (Excel, Python, SQL, JavaScript, data analysis & visualization) are preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, communicative and collaborative with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Bonus

• Prior experience in UX projects, academic research, hackathons or startup internships.
• Basic knowledge of user testing, A/B testing, survey design and learning analytics.
• Available design portfolios, GitHub, Notion or personal project showcases.
