People Partner - EMEA Region
As we expand across the EMEA region, we’re looking for an experienced People Partner based in Poland to join our team.
Position Overview:
The EU People Partner will report to the VP of People and work closely with local People Partners across the globe to support leaders and employees primarily in Poland, as well as in Romania, Spain, Germany, and beyond.The EU People Partner will drive all regional people-related initiatives, including performance management, engagement, internal communication, talent management, leadership development, employee experience, employee relations, and HR processes. Global Centers of Excellence will support this role in areas like Retention & Talent Management, Employee Experience, and People Operations.

You’ll take the lead in:
Talent Strategy & Development: Drive talent management, development, and engagement strategies that resonate with our local teams, all while aligning with global objectives
Leadership & Employee Support: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, guiding career growth, team development, and organizational change
HR Process Ownership: Oversee local HR processes, from onboarding and performance management to employee engagement, ensuring adherence to best practices and alignment with ZoolaTech’s vision
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with global Centers of Excellence (Talent Management, Employee Experience, People Operations) to create impactful, people-focused programs
Data-driven Insights: Ensure data accuracy and leverage analytics to provide insights that shape business and people strategies
Experience: 7+ years of experience in HR, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar role within a fast-paced technology environment.
HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, talent management, performance management, coaching, career development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Business Acumen: Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies and solutions.
Strategic Influence: Proven ability to drive initiatives, challenge constructively, and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
Resilience & Agility: Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
Communication & Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for building trust-based relationships.
Languages: advanced English proficiency are required
