• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize data gathering
• Monitoring and reporting on KPI’s for each IT department and providing insight for improvements
• Gathering critical information from meetings with stakeholders and producing useful reports
• Gather intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth
• Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
• Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes
• Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment
• Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior
• Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry
• Performing requirements analysis
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Occasional travel to our sites in Philippines or PRC

• Degree holder or above in Statistics / Business Administration / Computer Science or any related field (Mathematics, Accounting, etc.)
• More than 3 years working experience on data handling
• Candidates with relevant qualification but less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Data Analyst
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS VBA, Access / MS SQL Server
• Proficient in Data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, Business Objects
• Proficient in R / Matlab / SAS / Python other statistical software programming a plus
• Experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Mining is a definite advantage
