Responsibilities:

• Manage the project development life cycle of the digital investment platform;
• Collect and improve business requirement specifications from users to facilitate business and operation processes, including UX/UI, product applications, system processes, etc;
• Perform the first round of UAT manually or using automated testing tools, compile test results, monitor the progress of defect fixing, and recommend improvements to the IT application team;
• Responsible for project planning and execution on fintech post-sales and lead the local IT team to ensure deployment and live planning;
• Work closely with IT to resolve urgent bug fixes or address regulatory changes;
• Report to business and act as the key interface between users, the IT application team, relevant departments, and external vendors;
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or related field;
• 1-3 years of solid business analyst experience in the financial or banking industry;
• A proven track record in leading a BA team is preferred;
• Strong analytical and project management skills are a must;
• The ability to communicate verbally and in writing to explain complicated ideas and methods to stakeholders is essential;
• Capacity to multitask, manage time effectively, work under pressure, and meet deadlines with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage;
• Exposure to Agile methodology is preferred;
• Candidates with more experiences may be considered for the Senior Executive, Business Analyst position.
