I applied through an employee referral The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at South China Morning Post (Hong Kong) in Apr 2022

    Interview

It was an online interview - quite quick and on point. I was asked some general questions "Tell me about yourself, what you could bring to the table and why SCMP" then the interviewer moved on to the job description part (which makes me realize okay I may get accepted). After that I had to do a test (video editing) - quite challenging but should be manageable if your video editing skills are decent.
