Interview
I applied for the Public Relations Manager role through the company's careers site. The process opened with an interview based on pre-recorded questions, followed by a short task. After that was reviewed, I was invited to a brief call with the hiring manager. The next stage was a full assignment to complete within 72 hours, together with a cognitive test and a behavioural assessment. Once everything was submitted, I received an invitation to a final round intended to walk through the assignment in detail. That call was cancelled the day before it was due to take place and the outcome was a rejection.
The process asks for a meaningful investment of time, particularly at the assignment stage, which made it disappointing that no detailed feedback accompanied the decision. Given the depth of the task, some insight into what shaped the outcome would have made the overall experience feel more balanced.

Interview
I applied for a Graphic Designer position and received an email asking me to complete a practical exercise before moving forward with an interview. The task was to create a website banner and a newsletter, which I delivered in less than a day. Unfortunately, I never received any response after submitting the work, no acknowledgment, no feedback, not even a simple thank you. I found it unprofessional and discourteous not to send at least a short message to close the process and appreciate the time I invested.
