Job Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of preliminary and detailed design Temporary Traffic Management Schemes projects, taking overall responsibility for delivery.
• Lead the preparation of detailed Traffic Impact Assessment and prepare Traffic Survey Report for providing specialist technical contributions as required.
• Obtain Experiences in dealing with XPMS and working in site offices.
• Act as a Technical Lead or Project Manager, including monitoring of financial and team performance.
• Prepare fee proposals and major bids.
• Drive forward ambitious and high-quality projects from inception through to construction.
• Experiences in managing a team, e.g line manage, mentor and supervise staff in the performance of their duties.
• Posses at least 5-8 years of relevant experience in Hong Kong (experiences in China is also welcome), more than 8 years of relevant experience will be considered Principal Traffic Engineer / Transport Planner.

Requirements

• University degree in relevant discipline
• 5-8 years of working experiences in Hong Kong
• Experiences in using Vissim
• Experience in successfully delivering a range of traffic/transport engineering projects.
• Project Management knowledge and experience.
• Can work independently, innovative, self-motivated and strong problem solving skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain a highly motivated project delivery team.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
