It was online, sent a video of 5 minutes to discuss passion of promoting. Didn't need to do any face to face, was able to send over CV via application form, it asked for some basic info such as past experience.

Communication with the HR was good. The panel consisted of three people- the HoD and two specialist in the field. The interview began with a 10minute presentation followed by 20 minutes of Q&A. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

I was asked to deliver a job talk. An interview panel member stopped me in the middle of my introduction and was very quite rude to me. It was an unpleasant interview experience indeed.

I first interviewed with the committee and then I wasked asked to give a job talk for the whole department and then I had a talk with the Head, Dean and also with the Provost in separate meetings.
