Greater China based IT & Telecom solutions provider

• Develop and manage IoT solutions including the technical setup, business processes, pricing, and relevant documentation
• Conduct business analysis to support development of new product features to ensure market competitiveness
• Work with partners and cross-functional teams on developing new product capabilities
• Continuously optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Build strong collaborative relationships with Group's IoT line of business, different domestic and overseas offices on product development and sales opportunities
• Work closely with external operators, vendors and internal teams to ensure products are delivered on-time with cost efficiency, which includes price negotiation, closely monitor the project status and coordinate the technical issues
• Provide sales training from time to time

• Holder of bachelor or higher degrees in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Business Management.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience including at least 2 years' relevant working experience in a solution related role with P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated strong professional experience in direct and/or related domain areas (mobile networks, GSM/CDMA/UMTS/LTE, IP networks).
• Working knowledge of Product Development and Management functions.
• Knowledge of Connectivity Management platforms such as Cisco Jasper, Ericsson DCP would be big plus.
• Knowledge of embedded SIM and the relevant subscription management platforms.
• Working Experience and or exposure with IoT technology would be a plus (NB-IoT, LTE-M, IoT Application Enablement platforms).
• Knowledge of Software platforms, middleware technologies in the areas of IoT would be a plus.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, able to manage teams and projects under tight time pressure.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to liaise independently with overseas counterparts and vendors.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must.
• Willing to travel and work out the office if necessary.
