The successful applicant will be responsible for credit analysis of real estate bond in the Kungfu Bond Market. Besides conducting research and analysis on the macro environment and real estate industry and companies, the incumbent will study trade strategy, research credit market and monitor the positions.

Position Requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following combination of skills and experience:

• Bachelor degree or above in Economics / Finance or other related disciplines, holder of MBA highly preferred;
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in well-established financial institutions or listed real estate groups
• Hands on experience in conducting research, writing in-depth reports, analyzing framework and methods on real estate industry and companies
• Strong knowledge in researching and assessing overall market situation and performance of listed companies in the real estate industry;
• Good understanding of the real estate market, business culture, political and economic environment in the PRC;
• Ability to maintain a good network and excellent relationships with the business counterparts and government bodies in the PRC
• A strong work ethic, detail orientation and a passion for excellence;
• Native in Mandarin and fluent in English.
