Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system engineers, and helpdesk, to design, implement, and maintain DevOps workflows and infrastructure solutions.
• Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure to support AI and Large Language Model (LLM) workloads, including GPU-based computing environments and model-serving platforms.
• Develop, automate, and enhance tools for deployment, system monitoring, network performance, and security management.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline build, test, and deployment processes across development and production environments.
• Perform onsite and remote system deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting for both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure or application issues, providing escalation support when required.
• Ensure proper documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices, and contribute to the creation of technical training materials.
• Participate in ongoing optimization of system reliability, scalability, and security.

Job Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience is usually a strong plus
• Hands-on experience or knowledge in Cloud Services (Azure, AWS), certification is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Linux-based system administration (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS).
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
• Scripting or programming knowledge in Python, Node.js, or similar languages is an advantage.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security best practices.
• Knowledge of AI and Large Language Model (LLM) concepts would be highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, and eager to learn emerging DevOps technologies.
• Willingness to perform onsite system deployment and support when required.
