Key Responsibilities

Act as a preparer for daily fund order processing and regular client reporting in a small yet professional team environment, specializing in transfer agency and investor services.

• Provide timely and professional responses to queries from unit holders / fund managers
• Prepare clear, concise and timely client and internal correspondences, including letters, client reports, e-mails, etc
• Input transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions and switching orders accurately into the transfer agency system in accordance with different fund / scheme requirements and track the related funding positions
• Prepare contract notes, client statements, bank reconciliation and ageing reports
• Maintain proper records of the register of unit holders, administer savings plan and update standing instructions when received from unit holders
• Help collating MIS data as per internal or client requirements
• Ensure all front-end loads, redemption charges and commission rebate, if applicable, are processed timely and accurately
• Process amendments and cancellations of trades on a timely basis, following authentication procedures
• Resolve fund order issues promptly and notify the supervisor of any matters requiring attention, and perform follow-ups for outstanding issues if necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in accounting, finance, banking or economics preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial institution or accounting field
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
