Responsibilities:

• Assist in UAT for web-based applications and system – generated correspondence;
• Assist in handling day-to-day operations of the pension department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery after services in operation;
• Monitor outstanding tasks and check daily logs to assist the supervisor with management reviews.

Requirements:

• Year 3 or above with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
• Able to report for whole week during internship period (2026 Jul - Aug);
• Detail-minded and attentive to details;
• Self-motivated, strong analytical and coordination skills;
• Committed, responsible, and willing to work under pressure;
