This role is focused on scaling operational excellence within the gaming ecosystem while supporting broader cross-product growth initiatives across the organization.
Role Summary
The Head of Operations will lead end-to-end operational strategy and execution, driving user growth, platform performance, and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a hands-on operator who can build scalable systems, lead high-performing teams, and translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes across APAC and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs
- Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and servant leadership across the organization
- Drive user growth and engagement across core platform segments, including acquisition, retention, and lifecycle optimization
- Develop and execute a clear operational roadmap balancing long-term strategy with near-term performance wins
- Build and scale operational infrastructure, processes, and reporting systems to support rapid growth
- Establish robust performance monitoring frameworks, including weekly/monthly targets, budget management, and KPI tracking
- Conduct data-driven analysis, including anomaly detection and performance diagnostics, to inform strategic adjustments
- Optimize the end-to-end user journey, including conversion funnels and experience design, to maximize platform growth
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities; lead testing and launch of new products, features, or market initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, business development, product, and regional teams to drive coordinated execution, with a focus on APAC markets
- Adapt strategies to evolving user needs and regional dynamics, ensuring scalable and localized execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6–8+ years of professional experience, including operations leadership in a high-growth or startup environment
- Proven ability to build, scale, and manage operational processes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience building financial or operational models
- Structured, data-driven thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a high-performance culture
- Adaptable and culturally aware, with experience working across diverse, international environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
Pay: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
