Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive competitor analysis and modeling to support long-term planning efforts.
• Trend Monitoring: Participate in market research activities to stay ahead of industry trends and shifting client preferences.
• Strategic Planning: Draft actionable plans based on competitive landscape analysis and develop strategies to address market changes.

Business Development & Communications

• Collateral Development: Create high-impact, client-facing materials for presentations to investors, partners, and prospective clients.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting company events designed to foster industry collaboration.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in high-level meetings to track project progress and gather feedback from key stakeholders.

Project Management & Operations

• Execution: Oversee project management tasks to ensure the successful delivery of both internal and external projects.
• Process Improvement: Establish and maintain processes for effective change management and project documentation.
• Relationship Management: Manage internal relationships with key team members to align with overall business objectives.

Experience & Learning Objectives

• Organizational Mastery: Gain a comprehensive understanding of organizational structures, roles, and service scopes.
• Cross-Functional Exposure: Develop a professional working knowledge of integrated sales and marketing functions.
• Executive Dialogue: Opportunities for direct mentorship and dialogue with the CEO to review performance and industry insights.

Qualifications

• Academic background from Economics, Finance, Bus Info System, Fintech or any other business related disciplines. GPA over 3.5 (out of 4.3 ) or equivalent
• Currently year 3 or year 4 undergraduate or postgraduate students who are able to dedicate to a 8 to 12 weeks internship duration
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese (reading, writing, and speaking) is preferred due to the market focus
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, alternatively, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
• Interests to learn about and to collaborate with Finance institutions, Product Management, Project Management, Compliance, and Legal teams
• Self-starter, with a high level of motivation, dedicated, hardworking who can deliver on time under pressure with attention to details and quality standard.
