We are a Hong Kong Listed Construction Company, our business is focusing to prestige hospitality, retail and commercial projects within restaurants, hotels, malls and casinos. We are looking for an experienced Interior Design Manager to join our dynamic and innovative design team based in Macau. Academic and Experience Requirements :

Requirements:
10-15 years’ interior design experience in Hospitality/ Retail sectors;

Degree holder or equivalent qualification in Architecture / Interior Design;

Preference of working in Interior Contracting Company, aggressive, innovative, able to work independently with the least supervision;

Able to handle full sets of working drawings, sound knowledge of millworks detailing;

On site and project management experience;

Ability to manage the design process and interact with the Clients/ Consultants on a variety of projects simultaneously;

Ability to handle full design presentation, sound knowledge of material & color scheme;

Ability to travel with Macau & PRC.

Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max / Sketch Up, Photoshop & MS Office

Knowledge of hand sketch is advantageous

Language:
Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Employment Type:
Immediate available is preferred

Full time and stationed in Macau

Right oversea applicant will provide staff quarter & working visa

Local Macau citizen or Portugal Passport holder will be an advantage

Salary

Minimum MOP$ 50,000 up /month subject to working experience
