The full loop interview process requires you to take a day off of work. They provided a credit for a free lunch. People were friendly and respectful. Showed up on time and asked if I needed breaks. It was overall very pleasant. Mostly it felt like the people interviewing and leadership team didn't really understand the function a person in this open role would provide. There was an immaturity in their operational processes and it felt like my answers fell a bit out of grasp. We were just not in the same place. The interviewers were great. The professionalism was top notch. In the end, I'm happy I didn't get it. Feedback was I was to data and metric focused. I hope they found what they were looking for and it's all working out.
