Zillow is the most disrespectful company I have ever seen. I was referred by a Zillow employee. I did the telephone interview and was told to wait for 5 to 7 business days for the result. The interview questions are actually not hard. I answered 3 algorithm questions within 20 minutes. After nearly 2 weeks, there was still no response and I contacted the HR. I was told the interviewer forgot to give feedback. And 10 minutes later, I received the rejection letter. I was wondering if the interviewer still remembered my performance.
