It was pretty easy it was only to interviews and then they wanted to set up an on padding training date to get started. I was not able to make the onboarding process so I had to withdrawal from interview process.
I am still going through the interview process and staying in contact with the team while completing each step, learning more about the opportunity, and waiting for the next update.
There was a screening with a recruiter, then scheduled for a back to back interview with 2 different people. The first one seemed to have no interest in doing the interview, the second person was very nice.
Interview with recruiter went well. Was a quick get to know you, get to know your skills and mindset, etc. Next interview with hiring manager went well, I thought, but I wasn't invited to the next stage so obviously it didn't go as well as I had hoped.
