"you're going to work hard for it"
ProsThere is loads and heaps of training, coaching, and support if you want it. if you can exceed target each month it will be worth the time and effort. Theoretically there are opportunities to advance
Conssince it is a fully remote workforce, we are managed pretty intensely. at times it's fairly patronizing. Trust is earned....but only after 3 to 5 months of perpetual distrust and heavy monitoring.
Advice to Managementacting like the sky is falling when we have a slower sales day is not very helpful. we used to have opportunities for leaving early all the time. this seems to be happening less and less. A 4 day
