There is loads and heaps of training, coaching, and support if you want it. if you can exceed target each month it will be worth the time and effort. Theoretically there are opportunities to advanceCons
since it is a fully remote workforce, we are managed pretty intensely. at times it's fairly patronizing. Trust is earned....but only after 3 to 5 months of perpetual distrust and heavy monitoring.Advice to Management
