Very straightforward. Applied online, took a test, and then got a 15 min interview. Overall the experience was pleasant and fun. Spoke to someone in the Phoenix office and she was very knowledgeable. You are expected to do your research beforehand so that you can answer all the questions about the company.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
