I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Yelp (Aurora, CO) in Oct 2025
Interview
It was very straight forward. Clear expectations were set. I was reffered y a current employee and got and email from a recruiter who set up a phone interview. I was asked basic/standard interview questions and was then moved on to a video interview with the hiring manager. that was more challenging of an interview. during this part they shared some sample phone calls then it was a mock/roleplay call from my understanding they would normally give feed back and have you try again. this was not my experience I only did it once.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Yelp (Austin, TX) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

Question 1
One question they asked during my interview was what specifically about the role made me feel it was a strong fit for my background and experience.
The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
