Took quite a long time (over four months from submitting my resume to getting a job offer) but was very personable and easy to talk to the management doing the recruiting. Interview was not difficult as long as you have a sense of humor and are willing to describe and elaborate on your prior experiences.

I applied and was contacted within a few weeks. I had an initial phone screen and then an in-person interview. The interviewers were very friendly and enthusiastic. About a week after my interview I was offered the position. The whole process from application to offer was about 2 months.
