I worked at Yahoo full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Pretty nice company culture without any office politics. Friendly colleagues and great benefits in terms of annual leaves, allowances, office environment, free breakfast and lunch...etc. Company values teamwork and personal growth, sometimes challenging works yet many opportunities for learning. Management is willing to accept new ideas.

    Cons

No cons as long as you are NOT looking for any promotion or paid increment after joining the company for years - pretty unfair when you are in those one or two "specific" department. And it's true that benefits mentioned above start cutting these years.

    Pros

    Cons

    Left for personal reasons only.
