challenges in previous production experiences, tell me about who you are, etc. very easy questions. Friendly interviewer. A lot of small talk also helped. But they also want to know that you can do the job and potentially also exceed their expectation.

It was medium level interview. The interviewers were very responsive and friendly. They concentrated more on approach rather than optimisation. In the end, I was able to come up with an optimised solution.

I had a lovely interview with HR. She passed me to the hiring mgr, she was late, then I receive an email asking if I can reschedule for two hours later that something had come up for the hiring manager. So I agreed. Hiring mgr came on late again, distracted, was working while she interviewed me, wasn’t engaged in the least not sure how she could make a determination considering she wasn’t listening to me and that was obvious. Her connection was awful, she kept muting herself. It was distracting. I wrote a thank you email and not even a reply out of respect. I was more than qualified for the position. Company days later laid off 2000 people. Why bother going through the process of interviewing when this was imminent? It’s an extreme waste of someone’s time and disrespectful. Additionally, people prepare for days in some instances for interviews. I can see why this company is circling the drain bound for extinction.
- Explain your day to day

The interview went well, quite challenging. The panel seems to be quite experienced. It was a lengthy process but I didn't not crack the interview. Be prepared really well, as you would need a bunch of skills to crack this
