Interview
Given size of company decision process was very streamlined. They were very accomodating about interview schedule. Late in day so i didn't have to take time off work. Interviewers were from multiple locations but they had phone set ups all ready to go.
The recruiting process itself was fairly standard, but communication between interview rounds could have been more transparent. There were extended periods without follow-ups, which made the overall experience feel less clear at times.

How have you used data to influence your decisions?
It was a very straightforward interview process. I did a short phone screener with HR and then met with the hiring manager via Zoom. The questions were everything you'd expect - past experience, situational questions, etc.

Interview
First HR phone call ( around 1 hr), then hiring manager (anround 1 hr) and take home test plus a group interview. Will last for 1 month cos the salary process needs US approval.
