written test, skills test, and structured interview session, you had to pass the written & skills test to make to the interview any failures and the process was over and you were escorted out the building and not allowed to apply for any position for 6 months

basic questions, like name a time you saw someone doing something unsafe what did you do, what were they doing etc......
