I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview process was great because everyone was incredibly friendly and the process was very clear. Follow the instruction, arrive early, chat with others especially because you'll have a lot of downtime. First, I had a one-on-one, which relatively well, but I was honest that I needed to consult with my spouse before 100% committing to relocation. My second round was two-on-one, and they basically drilled me about relocation, then they escorted me out. My gut told me that I didn't get it since I had only 2 rounds, and I was right. I received an email almost 2 weeks later.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
