I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines in Jan 2016
Interview
I did an video interview for Delta and then United. I prepared extensively for my video interview with Delta and didn't hear anything back. For my video interview with United I didn't prepare at all, was110% myself, and received an email offering a face to face interview in NJ the next week. I think the most important aspect of any interview is to be yourself because they will teach you everything you need to know. They want to see how you handle yourself and they want to see you make mistakes and pause to think!! Don't overdue/over-prepare yourself. If your answers are TOO prepared it becomes automated -- BE YOURSELF. They want to see those wheels spinning.
MY FTF interview is this coming Tuesday (1/26/16)

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
