I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Hartford, CT) in Oct 2015
Interview
Very straightforward. I applied October 21,2015 and was given a link to the online interview. I wore a navy blue double breasted blazer with gold buttons and pulled my hair back. I researched this site (thanks!) to see the interview questions, one being what is your perfect job, what is a time you went above and beyond for a cusutomer, and what are some things you would like United to know about you. The interview was set up using HireVue, *I HIGHLY RECOMMEND* you utilize the practice interview questions at the beginning of the interview!!!!!!!!! I personally didn't receive a call back, but I can always apply again :)

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
