Interview
I applied for the position on November 5,2015. I received an email on November 6 to do the web interview. I was super nervous about this. I studied a series of Behavioral questions and practiced answering them using the STAR method. I completed my web interview on November 11. On November 12 I received an email inviting me to a face to face interview. I'm super excited and nervous at the same time. I plan to interview next Tuesday November 17. Wish me luck!

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
