I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
About two weeks after I submitted my job application, I was notified about the on-demand virtual introduction. Counting from the moment of receiving the notification, the interview needs to be completed within 120 hours, and the time can be completely selected. The interview process is very simple, there are 5 questions that need to be answered orally. The time limit for answering each question is 2 minutes, and there are 2 chances to answer. But everyone needs to be reminded that if you decide to use the second chance, no matter whether your answer is better than the first time, it will cover the first time answer. Also very relaxing for me is that the preparation time for each question is unlimited. When you enter the interview answering portal, you will see the questions. Both text version and video version. You can prepare until you think you can answer.

Question 1
The 5 questions I was asked were: 1. Consider that being a flight attendant takes a considerable amount of flexibility and patience. Why is now the best time for you to become a flight attendant? 2. Becoming a flight attendant requires an intensive training program that is akin to a college level course. If offered the position, please share with us what you have/will do to prepare to be away from your family and friends for 7 weeks and to limit any distractions that may interfere your ability to pass training. 3. What is your plan and how will you prepare if you are based in a city that you do not currently live in? 4. United Airlines priorities were listed--safety, caring, dependable, and efficient. Which of these resonates with you the most and explain how? 5. Are you able to read and speak a language (the one related to the position) fluently? Please explain your speaking background.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
