Applied August 17, received an email August 19 inviting me to do a video interview and that I had 5 days to complete. I completed the video interview August 21, and now I am awaiting further notice. I presume I will be hearing within a week if not Monday. I see people have applied around the same time as me. Maybe see each other in the f2f group interview soon. What is a misconception that customers and co-workers have of you?
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.

Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
