the process was very simple and energetic, I had an amazing time and even met some amazing people that I started this process with and ended with. My best advise is being yourself, don't be someone you're not because it comes off as fake, don't be too serious but instead relaxed and openminded. Lastly get to know your group and all of your strengths together this will help with the group activities, my group got all our CJO's just by working so well together and not over talking one another. All in all you got this, it's very simple stuff.

Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.

Did the assessment, completed some tax survey, submitted odvi, got invited to the virtual interview with recruiter Friday so hopefully I do well and forward with the f2f and ultimately end up with a cjo
