I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
This time all I can say is have fun honestly don’t try to be the leader of the group. Give others a chance to speak. Keep a smile on your face. Ask questions even if you already know the answer. Speak to everyone don’t ever sit by yourself.
Very important
No more 1on1at the face to face interview
But things change all the time so be prepared always.
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
