I applied on a whim and nearly forgot that I had. One month later a recruiter in HR called me to tell me I was selected for the interview process. This call detailed pay and expectations on the hybrid work requirement and a light overview of my background. About 30 minutes (phone call).
1st Interview: Hiring Manager
- Discussed her background, my background, the role itself
- Several scenario questions on "tell me a time when..." and was asked to answer in STAR format
- 1 Hour (virtual)
2nd Interview: Hiring Managers' Boss/Counterpart
- I was emailed a business case 24 hours before the interview and asked to present a slide on my recommendations, my thought process, etc.
- 1 Hour (virtual)
3rd Interview: Director of the team
- More casual. Talked about our career experience. Free-flowing conversation about how I work, brainstormed ideas for an upcoming team project.
- 40 minutes (virtual)
