Interview
Multiple interview stages consisting of different situational scenarios. Took many weeks and there was about 2-3 weeks between each interview. Very tedious. Be sure to know a lot about the company.

Question 1
Given a real world scenario about the airline and had to logically deduce how I would address it.
2 interviews and 1 casual chat with the members of the team. First interview was a screener, a 30 min video call walking through your resume with a few behavioral questions. Second interview was with a senior manager of the team you’d be working with, 45 min video call with several behavioral questions and a question or two about United. Last chat was very casual getting to know you video call with the team.
